2/16: Freshen the air in your room by making Potpourri from your Valentines Day flowers. Allow them to dry and then add them to a potpourri crock or boiled water.

Potpourri: a mixture of dried flower petals and spices used to scent the air.
Potpourri can consists of four basic elements: dried flowers and leaves; herbs and spices; and an essential oil. Dried flowers and leaves are the bulk of potpourri.
